1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8tbaji ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 8tbaji website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features accessible at https://8tbaji.app and any of its sub-domains or associated URLs.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of 8tbaji — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must create a verified account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, which will be used for account verification and communication.
• You must create a unique, secure password and not share it with any other person.
• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address as they appear on your national identity documents.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8tbaji may require identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid Bangladeshi passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account displaying your name and number)
• Selfie photograph with your identity document, where requested

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 8tbaji support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until documents are received and assessed.

2.3 Account Closure

Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no active investigations are in progress. 8tbaji also reserves the right to close accounts that are found to be in breach of this Agreement.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8tbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are sourced legitimately and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 8tbaji account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. 8tbaji does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 8tbaji bears no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals to other methods may take up to 24 hours to process.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security and fraud checks.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 8tbaji account holder.

• Funds credited via a bonus that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

4.2 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotional campaign will be credited to a specified game. Winnings from free spins are typically credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant offer. Free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the offer — unused spins will be forfeited upon expiry.

5. Game Rules & Sports Betting

All casino games available on 8tbaji — including live dealer games, slots, and RNG table games — operate in accordance with the rules and algorithms established by their respective game providers. 8tbaji acts as a platform operator and does not develop or modify game logic. 5.1 Casino Games

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8tbaji platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing an underage person to access your account.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or using a third party's account or credentials.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, false payment disputes, or any fraudulent financial conduct in relation to deposits made on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8tbaji, its directors, employees, agents, technology providers, and game suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or technical failures.

8tbaji makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occur. 8tbaji will endeavour to restore services promptly and communicate any disruptions via the platform or email where possible.

The platform is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. 8tbaji does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or result from use of the platform. Players are solely responsible for the bets they place and the financial consequences thereof.
